Lunch or The Gallery (Lunch at The Gallery)

Inspired by a 2/3 yr old’s parent who shared that she asked her child if she wanted to go to lunch or go to the gallery

Lunch or the gallery.
Has this option ever been put to you
From you were, let’s say aged 1 or 2?
Which would you pick?
Which would you choose?
Let me tell you the right thing to do.

Go stuff your face,
But get your hair done before you go
Make sure you’re empty
Taste buds hungry
For just the right show
Of colours and flavours
Savoury tasters
You’ve worked up an appetite
And it seems just right
The array placed before you
Gives you endless options
Ignites the passion and wills the will
Grown from within
Can’t keep it still
Displayed without
Without a shadow of a doubt
Hats off to the chef
As you savor the taste in your mouth.
