April 4 – National Poetry Month Challenge
I need more time to learn not to be selfish
not to expect similarities in the midst of our differences
I need more time to get over my mistakes
to let you get over yourself
so you can give me a break
I need more time to make the wrong right
to stand and face the battles of life
and not be so quick to flight
But will more time really do?
I need more time to think of this too.
