Foreword

A simple book to guide your thoughts to making the smart start.

“What do you want to become when you grow up?” my aunt asked me. “An artist!” an excited and confident five year old replied. “Gyal yu mad!” my aunt exclaimed.

It was about the year1987 when I made this declaration only to have it shot down. I never spoke another word on the matter and neither did my aunt. And now years later I am writing about how I want to be when I grow up.

So what really prompted me to write this book? My multi-talented, multi-faceted nature. It has been a sore point in my life and I often wonder how many more out there are struggling with these issues but uncertain on how to handle them. One common school of thought says to get where you are going, start from the end and work your way from there.
